Inside Sales Rep

Job Description:

CipherTechs, Inc. is growing our Sales and Marketing group, and we’re looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. Candidates will have the opportunity to work in a highly rewarding, highly collaborative team environment that provides both significant, rapid career potential and earnings growth.

We provide a comprehensive, hands-on training program giving you the tools you need to be successful and meet your earning expectations. Within the first year of the Inside Sales program, successful representatives who hit their targets will be promoted to Account Manager, where commissions are uncapped, and earning potential is unlimited. This full-time position is located at the CipherTechs HQ in downtown NYC. Start date is July 6, 2020.

Responsibilities

  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
  • Perform effective online sales pitches to prospects.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Call prospects and engage in qualifying conversations designed to communicate our value and discover sales opportunities.
  • Support fields sales team; generate and organize meetings with new and existing prospects.
  • Work with your field rep to uncover sales opportunities, manage the sales process, and close business.
  • Team with strategic channel partners to build a lead pipeline and develop opportunities.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Achieve quarterly goals.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing hundreds of calls per day
  • Proficient in corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Additional Requirements

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving goals and metrics/quota
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
